Having a cold is a having a contagious illness, that is characterized by infecting our
upper repertory tract. There are over 200 types altogether, and each separate virus is
different. They mutate over time as well, and cause new viruses.
What happens when you have a cold – you will notice swelling in the walls of the upper repertory tract and production an excess of mucus. The following symptoms are universal…watery eyes…runny nose…nasal congestion, headache…, hacking cough and fever – most colds last about one week. If your cold is recurrent you may be suffering from lower capacity too much stress, or you don’t get enough sleep…these are some remedies:
If you feel a cold coming on to you, then crush a teaspoon of sea salt and mix it with a small amount of warm water. Gargle six or seven times with solution. This can be your remedy to stop it in its tracks.
