How to Prepare for your First Triathlon

Bike and accessories

You’ll also need some sports sunglasses for riding and running during the daytime and possibly clear, wrap around glasses to safeguard your eyes from insects if you train at night.


A good pair of running shoes will suffice for your ride and run; at least until you know you’re going to stick with the sport.

Water bottles
