My grandmom on my father’s side had Diabetes. I remember seeing her eat several small portions in a day and later on I found out that she was on a 1,800 calorie diabetic diet. When I think about it now, I think it take s a lot on you when you have so many limitation in what you can eat and when you can eat. That’s why I’d like to take care of my health now and prevent myself from having Diabetes.
