You need sleep, but you aren’t getting it. This sleep deprivation takes its tollon your health and beauty in many ways, mentally and physically. Did you know that regular, sound sleep(and enough of it) is just as important as diet and exercise to maintaining wellness?

In American society today, the average American adult population functions on about 6.5 hrs per night… this is counterproductive! According to the national sleep foundation, even minimal sleep loss has a profoundly detrimental impact on mood, performance, productivity, cognition, communication skills, and accident rates. So don’t skip on sleep, you’ll regret it later. If you have trouble falling asleep, or suffer from insomnia…hers’ a few tips toget some Z’s: Pray before bedtime. make sure you don’t drink any coffee at least six hours before you are supposed to get your shut eye. Make sure your mattress is the right one for you. You can try sleep aids, or prescription sleep aids such as Ambien. If you don’t have enough sleep, even if you have tons of certified diamonds to decorate yourself, it wont make your beauty as radiant as it should.
