Yes. You read it right. There are food that will subdue your appetite without adding excess and unwanted pounds to your weight. These negate the need for taking phentermine or enrolling in ridiculously overpriced diet programs.

So what are these food?

First in the list is nuts, particularly pine nuts. It contains an acid that helps curb hunger, aside from being high in protein. Second is apple. Not only are they high in fiber, the requirement to chew it thoroughly also suppresses one’s appetite. During meals, salads and soups are also highly suggested. Both will effectively make you feel less hungry. So really, dieting doesn’t have to mean zero food intake.
