How to make belly fat go away?

I have always wondered if it’s ever gonna happen…

I know for a fact and from my experience that belly fats are the hardest part to trim down. I have been struggling for the longest time already in trying to make it go away but unfortunately I haven’t really succeeded yet.

Try searching in Google how to lose belly fat and you’ll be amazed how many people have searched this too. I tried everything from yoga to belly dancing but belly fats are really stubborn. After months of exercising, I learned that it was not the fats that are stubborn. I was doing it wrong. I learned that exercise alone cannot decrease my belly fats. I need to drink lots of water and also decrease my intake of calories and concentrate on healthier foods (like vegetables and fruits).
