The Sun And Your Skin

It’s still summer, and that means it is still very sunshiny out there.

What do you do to protect your skin from it?

10am-4pm is when the sun’s rays are strongest, so naturally, you need to stay out of it. If you can’t help but be outside, shade will be one of your best defenses, or maybe a wide-brimmed hat, plus of course, sunscreen with SPF. Taking care of your skin to combat the harmful effects of too much sun will negate the need for age spots removal, which really have little to do with one’s age because they are sun-induced freckles.
